HISTORY

CORPORAȚIA grew out of long-term, hands-on work in fashion production, rather than from a predefined corporate structure.

 

The company’s origins date back to 2015, when its founder entered garment manufacturing through a small workshop focused on shirt production, alongside the launch of COCOTTI as a contemporary shirt brand. This early stage built a direct, practical understanding of materials, construction methods and production limits. Decisions were shaped by real production constraints, not by theory.

 

 

 

In 2017, the activity evolved into a small manufacturing unit, marking the transition from experimentation to structured execution. During this period, EVERMORE FASHION and de’Cristo were developed, expanding the scope from individual products to multiple brand directions. The focus shifted toward repeatable processes, production discipline and operational control, with fashion approached as a system rather than only as creative output.

 

 

 

 

By 2019, one of the brands developed during this period reached a partial exit. While the brand itself changed ownership, the production infrastructure and accumulated operational knowledge remained in place. This moment clarified a long-term direction: building systems and capabilities mattered more than concentrating value within individual labels.

 

In 2020, Cascadawear was launched as a new apparel project focused on functional and sports-oriented garments. This phase expanded experience across product categories, distribution contexts and market dynamics, further refining judgment around product development, production planning and go-to-market decisions.

 

 

Between 2020 and 2024, the focus shifted toward consolidation and long-term thinking. Ongoing hands-on industry work was combined with applied study and direct exposure to European fashion branding, marketing, logistics, distribution, customer care and supply chain operations, while remaining grounded in real operational constraints across the full value chain.

 

During this period, partnership models were also tested with independent creators and collaborators, exploring brand development, audience alignment and distribution while maintaining control over product, process and execution.

 

In 2025, Blândaș were launched as part of a more defined approach to building independent brands within a shared structure, each project reflecting a different direction in product and market positioning.

 

 

In 2026, DIMITRIE PUMNU’ and Lenu Kaminsky are planned to be introduced, further expanding the portfolio across sportswear and accessories, while continuing to develop brands within a consistent framework.

 

CORPORAȚIA was later structured as a privately held fashion company based in Romania, focused on developing independent brands for the European market.

 

The company brings together product development, production and market understanding into a clear framework for building and operating fashion brands.
